At BARA, we are committed to gathering, analysing, and sharing insights that highlight the experiences of British Asians in rugby. Our research aims to address key issues of representation, participation, and inclusion within both rugby league and union. By working closely with players, coaches, and community members, we strive to understand the challenges and opportunities faced by British Asians in the sport. Through our research efforts, we aim to drive informed discussions, influence policy-making, and foster evidence-based solutions that contribute to a more diverse and equitable landscape within rugby and the wider sporting community.
